📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking a variety of dishes.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.,Follow food safety and hygiene standards.,Prepare ingredients and cooking utensils for the Head Chef.,Assist in stock management and inventory control.,Work as part of a team to ensure timely and efficient food service.,Assist in maintaining a high standard of food presentation.,Follow and adhere to all company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as an Assistant Line Cook or similar role.,Familiarity with Indonesian and international cuisine.,Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.,Fluency in English (spoken and written) is a plus.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
