📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize our enterprise database systems, including Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server.
Monitor database performance and proactively address any issues to ensure high availability.
Implement and maintain robust backup and recovery strategies to safeguard our data.
Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting database-related issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement database solutions that support business needs.
Stay updated with the latest database technologies and industry best practices.
Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations.
Lead and mentor junior database administrators within the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience as a Database Administrator or similar role.
Certifications in Oracle Database Administration or Microsoft SQL Server, such as Oracle Database Administrator Certified Associate or Microsoft Certified: Azure Database Administrator Associate.
Strong knowledge of database design, performance tuning, and security best practices.
Experience with database migration and consolidation projects.
Proficiency in using database management tools like SQL*Plus, SQL Developer, and SQL Server Management Studio.
