📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Deliver exceptional service to guests in our restaurants, bars, and event spaces
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness and presentation in dining areas
• Assist in preparing and serving food and beverages to guests
• Maintain accurate records of food and beverage sales
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly
• Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timely and efficient service
• Promote and upsell our menu items to enhance guest satisfaction
• Participate in training and development programs to improve service skills

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in hospitality or related fields
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with POS systems like Micros or similar
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
