📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage the R&D team, setting clear goals and objectives to drive innovation.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and customer needs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in a leadership role within the R&D department.
• Proven track record of successfully developing and launching new products.
• Strong understanding of color and functional masterbatch technologies.
• Proficiency in using LabVIEW, AutoCAD, and SolidWorks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or a similar quality management system is a plus.
