📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and troubleshoot IT systems and networks,Provide technical support to employees,Ensure data backup and recovery procedures are in place,Monitor system performance and make recommendations for improvements,Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware,Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT-related issues,Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures,Provide training and support to new employees

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role,Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux, and Mac operating systems,Experience with network infrastructure and security,Familiarity with cloud computing platforms,Good communication and problem-solving skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Fluency in English
