As the Lead Cashier, you will be responsible for managing the cashiering operations, ensuring accurate financial transactions, and providing excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise cashiering operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.,Process patient payments, insurance claims, and other financial transactions.,Maintain accurate financial records and reports.,Provide excellent customer service to patients and staff.,Train and mentor junior cashiers.,Handle cash handling and bank deposits.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.,Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in cashiering or related financial roles.,Proven experience in managing cashiering operations.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with healthcare billing and insurance processes is a plus.,Proficient in using financial software and tools.,Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred.
