📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the installation and maintenance of MEP systems, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely and efficient completion of MEP work.
• Inspect and test MEP systems to ensure they meet quality and performance standards.
• Manage subcontractors and vendors to ensure high-quality workmanship.
• Use project management software like Primavera P6 and MS Project to track progress and manage schedules.
• Ensure all MEP work is documented and recorded in accordance with company and client requirements.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior staff and subcontractors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP supervision, with a strong background in construction projects.
• Certification in MEP systems (e.g., NCSEA, CMP, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Proficient in using AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks for MEP design and documentation.
• Familiarity with project management software like Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
