As a Multiskilled Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a variety of equipment, from HVAC systems to kitchen appliances. You will work closely with our operations team to ensure that all equipment is in optimal working condition, minimizing downtime and maximizing efficiency. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Diagnose and repair equipment failures in a timely manner.
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems, kitchen appliances, and other equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with the operations team to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to equipment operation.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to improve maintenance practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Multiskilled Technician or similar role.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, kitchen appliances, and other equipment commonly found in hospitality settings.
• Familiarity with maintenance software such as SAP or similar.
• Valid certification in electrical safety or equivalent.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
• Familiarity with the hospitality and tourism industry is a plus.
