📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all contract-related activities including preparation, negotiation, and administration of contracts.,Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to contracts.,Monitor contract performance and ensure timely delivery of projects.,Provide expert advice on contract terms and conditions to ensure optimal outcomes for the company.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.,Conduct regular reviews and audits of contracts to identify areas for improvement.,Prepare and present regular reports on contract status and performance to senior management.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in contract management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in contract management in the real estate and construction industry.,Proven track record of managing contracts with a value of at least IDR 1 trillion.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian contract laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with project management software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
