📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and software applications.,Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Monitor and analyze system performance to identify and resolve issues.,Implement and maintain security measures to protect our systems and data.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that our IT systems meet their needs.,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies, and recommend improvements to our systems.,Conduct regular backups and disaster recovery exercises to ensure business continuity.,Train and mentor junior IT staff to ensure the continued growth and development of our team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support and infrastructure management.,Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems, as well as networking protocols and technologies.,Experience with cloud computing platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.,Familiarity with IT security best practices and standards, such as NIST, ISO, or CIS.,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
