📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to support business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Lead and mentor a team of operations professionals.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a financial services or similar industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in using operational management software and tools.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
