Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail clients and stakeholders.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Manage and mentor a team of sales consultants to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans and projects.,Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in retail sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales, with a proven track record of driving sales growth.,Strong understanding of the retail industry and market dynamics.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.,Fluency in Indonesian is required; English is a plus.
