📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and facilitate Six Sigma projects to identify and eliminate process defects and variations.,Develop and implement process improvement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.,Conduct process capability studies and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.,Train and mentor team members on Six Sigma methodologies and tools.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.,Monitor and report on project progress, key performance indicators (KPIs), and results.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in process improvement and Six Sigma.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Certification in Six Sigma (Green Belt, Black Belt, or equivalent) is a plus.,Proven experience in process improvement and Six Sigma methodologies.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using statistical analysis tools and software.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
