📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking dishes to maintain high standards of quality and presentation
  • Ensure all food is prepared according to health and safety regulations
  • Manage inventory and ordering of ingredients to ensure smooth operation
  • Train and mentor junior staff members
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
  • Participate in menu development and cost control
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
  • Work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role
  • Proven culinary skills and knowledge of various cuisines
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed
