📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve performance.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Lead and mentor a team of operations staff.,Develop and maintain operational budgets and forecasts.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong understanding of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Proficient in using operational software and tools.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
