📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage a team of store staff, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation to maintain optimal product availability.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to boost sales and customer engagement.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.,Prepare and present regular reports on store performance, sales, and customer feedback.,Collaborate with the head office to implement company-wide initiatives and policies.,Ensure compliance with company and industry regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with retail software and inventory management systems is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in Indonesian, with English skills a plus.
