Indonesia Medical is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development professional to join our team in Magetan, Jawa Timur. This is an immediate opportunity to contribute to the growth of our medical products distribution network. As a Business Development specialist, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and driving sales growth in the region.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and strategic planning.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, retailers, and healthcare providers.,Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and drive revenue growth.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, and provide regular reports to management.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our products and services.,Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory requirements.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong understanding of the medical products industry and distribution channels.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant sales tools.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
