📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees, ensuring a diverse and talented workforce.,Oversee the implementation of company policies and procedures related to human resources.,Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for employees.,Support the HR Manager in strategic planning and decision-making.,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in a corporate or organizational setting.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with HR best practices and trends.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
