📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist the Shop Assistant in managing store operations, including stock control and inventory management.
  • Provide excellent customer service, assisting customers with their purchases and answering any queries they may have.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring that all products are displayed attractively and safely.
  • Assist with the preparation and presentation of products for sale, including pricing and labeling.
  • Work as part of a team to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports and records, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Follow all health and safety guidelines, ensuring the store is a safe place for customers and staff.
  • Assist with any other tasks as required by the Shop Assistant or store management.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum high school education or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in retail or customer service is an advantage but not required.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Basic computer skills, including the ability to use word processing and spreadsheet software.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations and challenges.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays if required.
