LUMEN Sejahtera is seeking a motivated Deputy Supply Chain Staff to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management and a passion for continuous improvement.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning and coordination of procurement activities.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment.,Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Maintain accurate records of inventory and procurement activities.,Assist in the development and implementation of supply chain strategies.,Support the team in achieving supply chain goals and objectives.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency.,Provide support in the preparation of reports and presentations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a supply chain or procurement role.,Strong understanding of supply chain processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
