📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the maintenance and repair of the vehicle fleet,Coordinate with mechanics and vendors for timely repairs and servicing,Schedule and manage vehicle inspections and safety checks,Monitor fuel consumption and cost efficiency,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and repairs,Coordinate with drivers for efficient route planning and scheduling,Handle any fleet-related emergencies and incidents

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems,Excellent organizational and time management skills,Proficiency in Indonesian and English,Valid driver's license and clean driving record,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Strong communication and interpersonal skills
