Bay Village Sentosa is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Kelapa Gading. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and compliance with labor laws. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.,Develop and implement training and development programs for employees.,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and company policies.,Manage payroll and benefits administration.,Conduct regular employee surveys to gather feedback and improve workplace satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Experience with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software is a plus.
