📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning,Manage a team of staff to achieve sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction,Implement and enforce company policies and procedures,Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock availability,Conduct regular customer feedback sessions to improve service quality,Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations,Manage store budget and prepare regular financial reports

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management,Proven track record of successfully managing retail stores,Strong leadership and team management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using retail management software,Knowledge of sales and marketing strategies,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
