📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Manage and mentor a team of sales consultants, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail clients to understand their needs and drive sales.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the retail industry.,Organize and execute sales promotions, events, and campaigns to drive customer engagement and sales.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.,Represent the company at industry events and conferences to network and build relationships.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.,Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop sales consultants.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.,Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.,Understanding of the retail industry and market trends.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
