📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Review and analyze legal documents to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Assist in the preparation of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and other legal instruments.,Conduct legal research to support legal decisions and provide guidance to other departments.,Monitor changes in laws and regulations that may impact the company and advise on appropriate actions.,Provide legal advice and support to other departments on legal matters.,Assist in the development and implementation of legal policies and procedures.,Maintain and update the company's legal database and records.,Participate in legal meetings and provide updates on legal matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a legal or legal support role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian law and regulations.,Excellent analytical and research skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).,Familiarity with legal software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
