In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the daily operations of the store, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and customer service.,Ensure the store meets all health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Train and develop staff to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Manage the store's budget and ensure profitability.,Oversee the store's visual merchandising to enhance the shopping experience.,Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems.,Knowledge of marketing and promotional strategies.,Ability to manage a team and provide effective training and development.,Understanding of health and safety regulations in the retail environment.
