📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.,Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.,Provide training and guidance to employees on safety practices and procedures.,Investigate and report on accidents and near-misses, and recommend corrective actions.,Monitor and maintain safety equipment and facilities, ensuring they are in good working condition.,Collaborate with management to develop and implement safety programs and initiatives.,Ensure that all safety policies and procedures are communicated and understood by all employees.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date safety records and reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Safety Management, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a safety supervision role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.,Certification as a Safety Officer or a similar professional qualification is a plus.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian safety regulations and standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with safety management systems and software is a plus.,Commitment to promoting a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
