📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue sales opportunities through cold calling, emailing, and networking.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for product improvement.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our products and services.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to network and generate leads.,Monitor and report sales performance to management on a regular basis.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.,Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM software.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and consumer behavior.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
