📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and develop sales opportunities through prospecting and follow-up activities,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers,Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities,Develop and present sales proposals and presentations to potential customers,Negotiate and close sales deals with customers,Track and report on sales performance and progress,Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field,Proven experience in sales, preferably in the Workforce Solutions or related industries,Strong understanding of sales processes, techniques, and best practices,Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation,Previous experience working in Bali or a similar tropical destination is a plus
