📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs that align with the company's objectives and industry best practices.,Mentor and coach junior instructors to ensure they meet the required standards and deliver effective training.,Assess and evaluate the performance of junior instructors to provide constructive feedback and support.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our training programs remain relevant and effective.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure training programs meet the needs of the organization.,Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees to help them develop their skills and advance their careers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Proven ability to design and deliver effective training programs.,Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.,Familiarity with learning management systems and e-learning platforms is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
