📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all aspects of logistics operations, including inventory management, order processing, and transportation.,Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.,Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and transportation providers to ensure smooth and timely delivery of products.,Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Manage a team of logistics coordinators and provide guidance and support to ensure they meet their targets and objectives.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards related to logistics and transportation.,Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to align logistics activities with business goals.,Continuously seek opportunities to innovate and improve logistics processes to stay ahead of the competition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing logistics operations and teams.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools, such as ERP systems, TMS, and WMS.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.,Familiarity with the Indonesian market and logistics industry is a plus.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
