📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent,Source and screen candidates using various recruitment channels and tools,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' fit for the role,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs,Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers,Provide guidance and support to junior recruiters and other team members,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a senior role,Proven track record of successful recruitment and hiring,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and technologies,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia,Understanding of local labor laws and regulations
