📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage service.,Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive growth.,Manage staff performance, including hiring, training, and development.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer experiences.,Represent the restaurant at industry events and networking opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, with a proven track record of success.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Experience with POS systems and inventory management software.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations is a plus.,Familiarity with industry trends and best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
