📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the design and implementation of banking solutions using the latest technologies and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and secure banking systems.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of banking systems, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the banking industry to ensure the continued relevance and competitiveness of our solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in software architecture and system design.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex banking projects.
• Strong knowledge of banking industry standards, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in using industry-standard tools and technologies such as Java, Spring Framework, and Microservices.
• Certifications in software architecture and system design, such as Certified Professional for Software Architecture (CPSA) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
