Located in Jakarta Selatan, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to supporting the company's growth and operational excellence.
In this role, you will handle end-to-end payroll processing, including salary calculations, tax deductions, and bank transfers. You will also manage employee benefits, such as health insurance and retirement plans, ensuring compliance with local regulations. Daily, you will work with HRIS systems like SAP SuccessFactors and Payroll Master to maintain accurate and efficient payroll operations.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Process payroll for 200+ employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax regulations.
- Manage employee benefits, including health insurance and retirement plans.
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and data entry.
- Assist in recruitment activities, including candidate screening and interview scheduling.
- Coordinate with internal departments to address HR-related queries and issues.
- Maintain and update HR databases and records.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including preparing reports and presentations.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR operations, with a focus on payroll management.
- Proficient in using HRIS systems like SAP SuccessFactors and Payroll Master.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and tax regulations.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
