🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience,Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service, account management, or a related field,Proven track record of success in driving customer satisfaction and loyalty,Strong knowledge of Elastic's products and solutions,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills,Fluency in English and German languages
