📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the full HR cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and performance management.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback to employees.
• Coordinate with department heads to address employee concerns and resolve conflicts.
• Leverage BambooHR and SAP SuccessFactors to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency.
• Ensure a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting diversity and inclusion.
• Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
• Assist in the development of HR metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Generalist roles, preferably in the financial services sector.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Proficient in using BambooHR and SAP SuccessFactors.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
