📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for banking systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative banking solutions.
• Conduct feasibility studies and provide cost-benefit analysis for proposed projects.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in banking.
• Develop and maintain documentation for banking systems and processes.
• Monitor system performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Participate in project planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery of projects.
• Provide training and support to end-users on new banking systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT Business Analysis, preferably in the banking sector.
• Strong understanding of banking systems and processes.
• Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Certification in ITIL or PMI-ACP is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
