📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain marketing databases and CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Prepare and distribute marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, and promotional items.
• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and events.
• Support the sales team by providing market intelligence, competitor analysis, and customer insights.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and services.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide administrative support to the marketing and sales teams, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in marketing and sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing or sales support roles.
• Proven experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
