📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Source, attract, and secure top talent for our diverse client base using LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job boards.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and assessments to ensure alignment with client requirements.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with clients and candidates, maintaining open lines of communication.
• Negotiate offers and onboarding details to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates to foster long-term partnerships.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve your performance.
• Provide regular reports on recruitment activities and performance metrics to the team.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role, with a strong track record of successful placements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with both clients and candidates.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and software, such as ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) platforms.
• Certification in recruitment or related fields is a plus.
• Proficiency in English, with additional language skills a strong asset.
• Understanding of the digital nomad lifestyle and the unique needs of remote workers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
