You will also be involved in project planning, budgeting, and scheduling, ensuring that all activities are completed on time and within budget. With your expertise in industrial engineering and a strong background in maintenance management, you will be instrumental in driving operational excellence at Nestlé.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage utilities, maintenance, and engineering projects to ensure safe, efficient, and sustainable operations.
• Coordinate with engineering, maintenance, and operational teams to implement and maintain SCADA, PLC, and DCS systems.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Plan, budget, and schedule maintenance activities to ensure reliability and availability of utilities and equipment.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence of issues.
• Provide technical guidance and training to maintenance and operational teams.
• Monitor and analyze system performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely delivery of maintenance services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial services engineering, with a focus on utilities and maintenance.
• Certifications in SCADA, PLC, or DCS systems are a plus.
• Strong understanding of maintenance management principles and practices.
• Proven experience in project planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English is required.
